Note:
1.List of WD HUH721010ALE600 Hard disk is only applicable to the ST2-TB and ST2-TB3 which produced after September 2019. Please contact technical customer.
2.In order to maintain optimal data security, employing hard drives equipped with Shingled Magnetic Recording (SMR) technology for Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) configurations is not recommended.
3.Please be advised that RAIDON's RAID product lineup is not compatible with the WD Blue SA510 SSDs. If you have already installed this SSD, we recommend substituting it with a compatible alternative.
4.Due to Toshiba hard drive’s characteristics are different from those of other brands of hard drives, SR2-B31/GR3680-B31 series of the standard version of firmware cannot recognize it and will cause the storage cannot work normally.
Please contact Raidon Technology customer service (serives@raidontek.com) to obtain the relevant firmware and update it before use if you choose to use Toshiba hard drives.
1.If you use our product, but the installation of the hard drive is not listed among the Drive Compatibility list, please feel free to let us know or contact
our Technical Customer Service, so that we can improve the HDD compatibility list.
2.We would strongly recommend users to use Enterprise Grade (or its above grades) HDD for your RAIDON Storage RAID Enclosure Products.

Seagate : Enterprise, NAS, NAS Pro, Video, Surveillance
WD : Red, Red Pro, Re, Gold
HGST: Enterprise
Toshiba : Enterprise
